The establishment of a new Perinatal Memorial Garden at Camano Pioneer Cemetery will provide families who have limited funds and experience baby loss, pregnancy loss, or still-birth a local place to have their baby laid to rest with dignity at low or no cost.
This garden includes room for both whole burial and cremation placement. It is a place for families to process, grieve, and find healing in a peaceful setting. A place where both life and loss of life are validated. This garden will serve the needs of Camano Island, Stanwood, and The Greater Puget Sound. Meeting our goal will fund the cost of an upright monument that will have name plates attached to it as the garden gets utilized.
