The Camano Schoolhouse Foundation has been operating with volunteers and no staff, using their own computers since its inception in 2011. The Board of Directors want to improve their administrative capacity and accountability to donors and grant makers.
To do this, we want to:
(1) purchase three new software programs;
(2) transfer files and data from board member’s computers to the new software programs using on-line Microsoft 365;
(3) move donor files from Excel spreadsheets to a donor management software program; and
(4) purchase an email marketing software to send out a regular newsletter to notify participants of classes and events.
We intend to contract with a local computer consultant to assist us in implementing this project.
